About Me

Hello, I’m Dr. Anh Nguyen, a clinician-scientist practicing in the UK and trained at Harvard Medical School. My work sits at the crossroads of behavioral science, nutrition, and brain development — with one mission: to help parents raise healthier, happier, and more resilient children.
I lead the Asian Behavioral Insights and Nutrition Parenting Lab, where our research explores how early nutrition, emotional connection, and play shape a child’s developing brain. I also served as Fellow of British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine, Head of Clinical Nutrition at the Edinburgh Children and Women Health Center and Clinical Researcher at the University of Stirling.
Through years of clinical practice and research, I’ve learned that science only truly matters when it reaches families. That’s why my work focuses on translating evidence into everyday guidance — helping parents across Asia understand their child’s mind and body with confidence, compassion, and clarity.
By nurturing how children eat, think, and grow in their first 10 years, we can change the course of a generation’s health and potential.
